Okay here's the thing.
I want a beautiful Dell 24'' monitor. That's my primary target. I love big monitors the same way as some people love... drugs. If I could crush 24'' monitors up and snort them like cocaine, I would.
Sadly, I do not actually have a PC at the moment and will need to buy one in order to use my delicious 24'' monitor (which I haven't actually bought yet, either).
What kind of PC/graphics card am I going to need to run games at full res and stuff? Is it going to be terribly expensive?
Any advice?
Expensive? Hell, yes.
The monitor is the most expensive component though - £600
A graphics card that can run games at 1900x1200 - £200
A computer that can supply that graphics card with vertices - £500
Being the envy of the geeks on the AGS boards - priceless

Why would you settle for something that huge?
Get something like Quad-SLI if you want to kill everyone with power. For desktop use, almost any modern graphics card will do 2048 x 1536
Also running 320x240 on a 21" crt is huge. think about the fist-pixels on a 24"! :O

I like this one, but only with the pumped-up stats.
Prostitution=rape? I suppose if she steals your wallet and knees you in the nuts while you're still sleeping...

Mightn't it be cheaper to get smaller eyes?
No. That's the price you have to pay so you have all the bitches in the club see you ridin' on 24's.
Word up.
