Title: Help me get a Canadian domain name?

As far as I can tell, I have to be Canadian, or have a Canadian address in order to buy a .ca domain name. I don't know if there are any rules about this, but are there any trustworthy Canadians who would help me acquire one of those fancy domains for an upcoming project of mine? (I'll pay for the domain, of course!)

I've never heard of this before. Why would you need a Canadian domain?

It seems the easiest way of going about this is just to be Queen Elizabeth the Second (http://cira.ca/assets/Documents/Legal/Registrants/CPR.pdf).

I personally would never trust a Canadian with money. Not with so many doughnut shops and hockey pools around this time of year -temptation is everywhere! :P
