Title: Help - Printing Business Cards
Post by: Snake on Thu 08/03/2007 20:21:51
Hey guys.
I'm stumped and pissed. I can't figure out how to do business cards.

I'm using WordPerfect12
I opened it up, went to Labels and chose the Avery Business Cards and selected the right number template. All is well.

I created the picture I want for each card. This is where I get aggravated.
I resize the picture to where I want it - takes a bit since it automatically bumps it over to the right and creates a new card if you get it too close to the edge.

This is where I'm stumped. How do I get the picture on all of the cards so I can print? When you open a new template to begin with it only starts you with one card.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any immediate responces,

If you have MS Office I can tell you how to do it in MS Word.. I didn't even know Corel was still around.  That really brings me back.

You're only designing one card, right?
Why do you need multiple ones? Just print the same one multiple times on one sheet of paper.

Hey guys, thanks for responding.

Yes, I'm designing one card, but I was only guessing that I needed to put copies all over the page so it would print on the business card paper (10 cards each)...

I went to page setup and couldn't find anything there... I don't know what I'm doing... :(

What does the help file for this program say on the topic of making business cards?

Since it appears from your text that it allows you to make them I figure it would tell you how. Maybe?

Sounds like a simple solution, doesn't it? I've searched through the help files and found nothing. I'll keep trying today and see where I get.

--EDIT--
I finally figured it out after 2 days of frustration. Thanks for all your help.
