Anyone knows how to open .taf files that I have downloaded in my PC?
Thanks a lot

You read it and discover that the file you're asking about is probably an ADRIFT game. Which means that in order to play it you need an ADRIFT interpreter such as the official "runner" (http://www.tardis.ed.ac.uk/~jcw/ADRIFT40r.zip), or alternatively a third party project like jAsea (http://sourceforge.net/projects/jasea/) or SCARE (http://www.geocities.com/legion_if/scare.html).

Sorry ...
I am stuck....

I downloaded ADRIFT40r etc.etc.
and I have a window with the following:
ADRIFT RUNNER VERSION 400,0
(c) CAMPBELL WILD 1998-2007
Last build: 20th April 2007 (release 50)

And then there is a part where I can type something. Do I tap i.e. game.taf???

Thanks again!

Here's your chance to write a novel!

No really, could you send a screenshot perhaps to make it clearer?

I have no idea how to do screenshots!
:(
I used the ADRIFT and opened a game, but it says Error loading adventure - Input past end of file,62,8

I feel so ashamed....  >:(

It would seem that your TAF file is corrupt. Try downloading it again.

And, to make screenshots, press the "PRINT SCRN" key, then open Paint or Photoedit or anything else that lets you edit graphics, and select "edit" then "paste".
