how do i post my flag

I was looking on the adventure game site and saw a link where the users have placed
there flags on the world map how do I do that ?

Cause it says to place your flag login... so I login and Nothing.

i' logged in at the forum, but he still asks me to login at the map.
maybe is some cookie stuff on my pc...
