Title: How does this work!?
Post by: Gregjazz on Wed 15/12/2004 03:37:08
I typed some info into this form. This questionnaire is like psychic or something -- it got most of the stuff suprisingly right (apart from a few minor mistakes here and there). Try it out for yourself:

Nice try GeoffKhan.

Guys, don't do this. It's just a trick that will send all your info to Geoffkhan. It's a dirty trick, that is a great example on how the internet can help assholes become worse.

(Not that I'm calling you an asshole Geoffkhan, you're doing this in fun, I know, but still, there could be alot of people who could use this to be dicks to the their friends, and enemies.)

Shoot, this could've been quite interesting. Just passing on something from a friend. Actually I kinda suspected something, so I entered in false information (I.E. Name: Asdfghwq). :)

Anyways, now that the news is out, you can go and put it in your AIM profile or something like that.

Everyone and their mother fell for this EXCEPT my girlfriend, and she was the most important one.

Now now, the fun doesn't end just because we know it's fake. Do you really get emails with all the information? Please tell me you do.

Yeah, actually I get a link to a webpage with the info. Heh, if you were funny you'd enter in hilarious bogus information in the fields. I'd get a kick out of that.

Actually what'd be funnier is if the website double-crosses you, so the link you recieve is actually a trick on the person who made other people fall for it. Now that would be clever.

EDIT: Okay I can't believe I got 21 responses in 10 minutes. Some of this stuff is pretty hilariously bogus, too. Would anyone mind if I posted some excerpts?

Why, when you can log in as me! Now doesn't that sound... boring...

The password is: abc

EDIT: Then I'm going to post the link in a bunch of forums where I don't have a reputation to waste (not that I have a reputation here, of course. I feel like one of those forum-assholes after posting that).
