I'm guessing I'm going to have to get a GTA3-specced PC first!  Got to love PS2s, none of this "My graphics Card doesn't like DirectX texture Compression, I need another 600Mb of hard drive space!!"

Yes, my pc cant handle gta3 very well, I can't read text. But it is fun though. I opened the editor today and it looks hard... I'll try to post a screenshot this week...

I haven't taken more than a brief glance at RPG creator 2k3, but I know you can customize sprites in RPG 2000.  You just edit the pre-bundled bitmaps in the same grid arrangement.
