So, i'm going to buy some hosting and a domain in about a week, and, as you do, am preparing everything for it.
Now, i wanted to find an IRC program that's integrated into the site, through HTML or java or something.
And i did. (http://www.freejavachat.com/setup.html)
I find it incredibly easy if you want a single 'room, yet complex enough if you need it.

CGI:IRC (http://cgiirc.sourceforge.net/) does the same kind of thing, but as far as I can tell, without using Java.
Some people have Java disabled, so this might be a better option.
