Just thought I'd share. :)
Who is this? Heidi?
:D
I think its from the sound of music, with some 2d baby tossing.
It's me expressing the incredible joy I have of finally having an evening without the two kids.
I'm waiting for hubby to finish his raid for some quality time. ;)
OR yes, Heidi baby-tossing.
EDIT: How about a little happy dance?

Thee hee, that first pic is good, but the second one had me smile in symphaty. I'm no father, but my "family" includes 11 kids a day, so: Enjoy that free time :)
Dude! Gross!
Edit: Yes, time without the kids is nice. I get this weekend all to myself, without the wife or the boy. Double yay! Sometimes though, you end up spending that time not knowing what to do with yourself. :P
They say most prisoners recommit just to get back to the security of prison
Heh...
I know the feeling...
Getting babysitter after (*nikolas counting*... ... ... 6 months actually, since before the summer). No plans but it will be AMAZING!
Apart from dancing with other fat women, what else did you do Nightfable? ;D ;D ;D
My two girls slept all night through last night until 7am.... first time in 5 years!
my sister's baby girl, who is 3 weeks old today, spends most of the time sleeping and hardly ever cries (although i suspect that will change a few months down the line), she's been here during the day for the last few days and it's wonderful to have her around, i just wish she'd spend a bit more time with her eye's open :)
lo_res_man: That is so true... after pawning the girls to my mom after a day or so, I start feeling like there's a piece of me missing and I can't tune out the feeling. I guess every parent has that instinct when it comes to their young.
Nikolas: I'm happy to hear about you getting a baby-sitter, that is sure to help with the kids and give you and your wife some time together. I know it's pretty tough finding your footing after all that newborn baby chaos and then evil toddler stage. I'm right in the middle of all of that right now, haha!
I didn't get to spend my evening the way I've wanted to... we were both kind of "blah" so we sat down to watch an episode of Heroes together and then my hubby went to sleep. But we did get to have a bubble bath together, that was nice.
BOYD1981: Sounds like your sister has a good baby, if she hardly ever cries right now - then I'm positive she will continue to be that way. Oh, it only gets better once they awaken to the world, my youngest (now 5 months) gurgles, coos, laughs, smiles and grabs on to my coffee cup in the morning. It's great!
SSH: Congrats!! That's a sign of years of peaceful uninterrupted sleep. :)
Remind me never to get married.. :P
Pssst, you don't actually need to be married to have kids...
Also, you don't really need to have kids for getting married...
