i need a plus!

hello, im new here, but ive been doing a few things in paint and photoshop, but im doing this 1 thing and im in desperate need of a "rotating plus sign", (basically a plus that turns like its on an axis) and nobody i know seems to be able to do it? do any of you know how to?

Wouldn't rotate do the trick?

in photoshop hit Control T, there's a center marker you can move around to change the axis and just rotate the box that forms around the selection, presto chango.

Do you need to keep the edges aliased? Hit Control K and change interpolation to "Nearest Neighbor"
