Title: Indie Games Night!
Post by: LRH on Sun 16/01/2011 00:29:34
So yeah I've been doing this show and it's been a lot of fun, but often times I review older games, and in the future I may do other non-ags indie games,so I can't post here in the games forum each time one is complete. If it's okay, I'd like to keep this post, and simply update it each time a new one is created.

My two most recent, 3 and 4 are up,

If this is unacceptable I can do this elsewhere or on my site or something. Please enjoy. :D

I have to say those reviews were quite enjoyable. Though I did have some trouble understanding the Creg (?) parts, but that might be just my incompetence with english. Also, it seems like you are doing these at a pretty fast pace (or at least the uploads are just couple of days apart). That's nice, but there's a high risk of you getting bored with the project and quitting altogether, so you might wanna think of setting up an actual release schedule if you are making this a long term project.

Anyway, I did subscribe to you, so keep 'em coming  :)

Also, feel free to review the first chapter of Warning: Fragile! ;)

Thanks! I know they're coming out quickly, this is because university starts back up in about another week for me, so I have all this time off, and honestly I have very little better to do than hang out with friends, make these videos, and work on my game. Once uni starts back up, I'll probably slow down a little.

EDIT: Also, I do realize Craig may be very hard to understand if you're not a native speaker of English(or even if you are) so from now on, Craig will have subtitles! :D

Americans cannot pronounce the word 'Craig' properly.. i think its something to do with the formation of their reptilian jaws.

Fun reviews. Always nice to see someone give some attention to smaller, less impressive games.

Although the stuff Graig says is kinda funny I think it's tiresome to listen to it. He kinda sounds like Adam Sandler while stoned.  :=

Keep them coming!

Subtitles are awesome!! I do fully understand Craig but occasionally I stretch myself.

Awesome reviews, and good call to keep Craig as a regular (also good that there will be subtitles for him from now on)...

I have 3 games of mine that would enjoy being reviewed:
The Quest For The Holy Salsa, Robolution, and The Energizer.
Though by watching your reviews and deducing that you're more into horror games then anything else, I assume that The Energizer is the only suitable game for your IGN.

Also, FYI, I tried to comment on the second youtube video and got a repeating "error: please try again" message. I have no idea if that's something on my side or not, though.

That's strange. Also, it's not just horror games, although that is one of my favorite genres. I'll be glad to take some of these suggestions. :D

Episode 5 is up with Kuma Story, the Barn Runner Series, and Robolution.
It's a quick one, but enjoy!
