Intro movies - How?

OK I played Saw: The Game, and was most amazed by the beginning animation intro. does anyone know of any free programs you can use to make an intro like that? Thanks.

Well, this will be moved to General Discussion in about fifteen seconds, but do you want to make the animation, the video itself (as in, with sound), or the graphics?

I believe Blender is free and should be capable of producing movies like that.
The text part afterwards looks like originally done in Flash.

I used creatoon for my cutcenes. It works very well if you can figure out how to use it.
