OGG Theora GUI Software

Not sure if this is the right section to write this in but I am curious about something regarding Ogg Theora.

I know you can use ffmpeg2theora to encode ogg theora videos but I was wondering if there is a GUI out there for Windows that would encode OGG Theora using AviSynth scripts?

Update: Well I found something quite quickly this time around.  A program called Super does OGG Theora encoding with the inclusion of AviSynth 2.5 scripts, for anyone that is interested heres the link

MediaCoder also does the job, though it's GUI isn't the most intuitive.
