Can I buy a pro version of AGS?
No.
What there is, there is for free.
If you want, however, you can give me some money :D.
Babs, you just ruined my new business idea.

Can I buy a pro version of AGS?
No. As it says on the frontpage of the site: "So, how much does it cost? Nothing." - and it means exactly what it says.
Whether or not Chris Jones would sell
support is another question altogether, one which I don't know the answer to (but it's probably "no").
There is that secret pro version of AGS that I had to pay £50 for. It is all hush hush becuase it is still in beta.

There's also a secret secret pro pro version of AGS that I had to pay 35$ for. It's extremely hush hush because it's still in Alpha.
There's the elite super pro v9001 that you only have to pay enough to get CJ drunk for, but that's pre-alpha as it hasn't ever been formally coded and is just a bunch of synaptical data stored in CJ's brain.
There are hireable pro AGSers...
^ +1 for the useful post!
< -1 for the pointless post.

But you have to pay money to get one of those. You get paid if you stop using it and sell it, though.
Stop fooling around. The paid version was the one that the "Meak mi gaem" option really worked. It was poor marketing that priced this version too high and have it discontinued.
I smell another I LOVE MARK LOVEGROVE topic.
Mine was issued by Chuck Norris himself. So well, it's kind of unique. Plus it has alpha blending and never crushes.
It blends but never falls in love? How sad.
Removing a programs ability to love is the first thing done in making it safe for use by idiots.
I mean, do you remember that time when that Norwegian fell in love with that word processor?
Ew. :o
This is why computers must never be allowed to love....or drink champagne.
