You, fucking bastard, is it necessary to come here boasting that you are so much better artist than many of the people here being just 18, and so much mature than me, with no discussion???

Eeeer... Happy birthday!Ã,  :) It's been quite surprising that you've been just 17 or less all this time, the maturity of your posts and arts would never made me guess so.

Happy Birthday!

18 is, of course, the point at which you can legally do whatever you want, so there stops being anything to look forward to  :P

Happy happy birthday Geoffkhan and many happy returns of the day. I'd send you a copy of Apprentice as a present, but you may already have it.

Happy birthday. Have a good time. You can now make it into 99.9 percent more gigs than I.

Ooh, that's true. But now I realize that the 18+ gigs (bars, clubs, usually) aren't the best gigs. They're usually low-paying and pretty sleazy.

Festivals and wineries are the way to go. At least in Bay Area where I live.

EDIT: Oop, if you were referring to "watching gigs", yes, being 18 is a significant advantage. Actually age 21 is an even more significant advantage, as some bar concerts are 21+.

Interesting thing is that Mike Watt (awesome bass player) was playing at a local bar that was 18+, but that was a week before my birthday. I should've just gone and lied. :P

Happy Birthday!

And anyways, here in the states, so what if 21 is the "LEGAL" age you can do "ANYTHING"...... I mean, who's going to stop you?  The COPS???????  Do what cha wanna!

I am not condoing underage anything.  I think children should be angels til 21.
