iz arc downloads not working

i have winows xp and i can't get any of theiz arc downloads to play. i have downloaded and also saved as, yet when i try to run the application file, i get an error message that says, "i must  first create and save a game in ags." i'm currently trying to play stargate adventure. what am i doing wrong?

Are you extracting the game, first? IzArc is an extracting utility, not the actual game engine...

Yes, you need to extract the game, you can't run it from within the zip file.

yes, i did extract it but i still get that error message.

Did you extract everything from a archive and place them into a folder first?
