is a jumping module for ags???

You're asking a vague, poorly written question in the wrong forum. You make me sick. Please stop this nonsense.

Icey

dude what are you talking about!?! it is a simple question and it is basic all it means for those of you who dont get my question i just wanted to no if some a made a module that give's the player the power to jump. i

ddq

What kind of jumping? You'd need a different type of module for platformer jumping than in a game with perspective. It'd be nice if you described your needs in detail, describing the context of jumping in your game. Regardless, this sort of AGS related question wouldn't belong in the General Discussion board. My point is that your repeated disregard of advice and the rules is getting annoying. I'd be happy to help if you actually listened to the help others have given you instead of clinging to your Square-Enix fantasies.

.......

i didnt know it just seems like the right place because it is not a tech question cause it is not something i already have on ags.but i dont know how many time i have to say i am not doing no more square games.

You are asking about a module/plugin. Those even have their own subsection in the technical area of the forums. There are countless threads in the beginner's forum without a letter of code, simply asking if something is possible.
And even if you didn't know that, don't you think that at the latest the first technical answer to this thread would make it a technical one?

Knowing your games, I assume by jumping you mean adding the possibility to cross small gaps in walkable areas by jumping to the other side? Or jumping down from ledges?

This is very much possible, but integrating it with point and click maneuvering of the player is a bit tricky.
If you wanted to replicate Square behavior, you could draw small regions and make the player jump a fixed arc if they are inside those and press the correct direction and jump button.
This requires directional key walking of course.

Needless to say, adding interactions like in Square games is more work than simply using the AGS way of clicking something with the mouse.

Icey, take a look and browse through our Modules, Plug-ins and Technical FAQ forum. There are some things in there that will help you. But do not post in there (I actually am unsure whether or not you are able to anyway).

In short, yes, there are a couple modules that handle platform movement, but you will have to find them.

\--EDIT--//
To add to what Kris said, let's say the character must jump over a small gap. You could simply have a hotspot that the player clicks on (the other side of the gap in this case) and animate the character jumping over. Just an idea.

\--EDIT2--//
To add a level of difficulty, you could even do something like the Dragon's Lair games and make the player have to click the right spot at the right moment, or else they fall in.
