Can anyone identify this mp3 player for me?

My step son found it on the school bus, ended up getting a better one for Christmas and so he gave this one to me:

There's no name on it anywhere.
I've googled it's description and found nothing. I've looked in the "About" section for it and it says:

I looked up both things and found nothing that relates to mp3 players.

If this helps:
Once you turn it on you'll see a little animation of this character (looks like a maybe a squirrel or a bear? It goes too quick - he/she's blue and orange) snow boarding to one side of the screen to the other. After turning it off an animation plays of a paper airplane hovering by a house.

I'd like to be able to find a manual on this thing and learn what file formats the video/text have to be in, if I can change the opening and closing animations and how to organize my music - right now it just keeps mixing all of them together, no matter how many folders I create.

I have a feeling it might be Samsung, but I can't find it anywhere. All the pictures of samsung mp3 players seem to have the same controls with the "M" (menu) on the stick.

Might it be this?

If it's not that one, it might be the tatung elio m100 which has 1gb compared to the 512mb capacity of the tatung m100, but I can't seem to find any pictures of this model.

It might also just be a "fake" mp3 player based on the design and specs of the tatung m100, just with higher capacity.




It seems like your player has the on/off switch on top with the other buttons instead of underneath like in the pics...

Wow, it looks just like it except for the color, the on/off switch and the name isn't on it.

Hmm. I'll try to look further using that name. Hopefully I'll find the website and see if they have all their models on there. But yeah, I'm willing to guess the one I have was a third party type thing.

Oh, and yes, this one is 1GB.
