I tried searching for this kind of topic but I didn't go too deeply, so I hope that I'm not adding any trash here.
So here's the deal, I really enjoy watching a good let's play, but they can be hard to find. I was hoping that perhaps we could post some of your personal favorites in this thread and create a nice archive of goodies.
I will begin.

I am definitely forgetting something, but those are all really good ones.
I started a thread like this over in the Critic's Lounge, but I suppose this would be a better place to put it.

Your topic is specifically about your LP work though. This would cover Let's plays in general, especially the gems people may have found digging through the dirt.
Oh well, reporting in!
http://www.youtube.com/user/whamtheman
I'm mostly doing games I like: classic FPS games, adventure and horror games and some strategy games. I'll also be doing the occasional AGS game if I get intrigued by something enough to decide to play through it. Currently thinking of doing Gemini Rue at some point, but currently also too busy with ongoing projects.
Current list of games:
Scratches (Adventure, horror) Recommended
Alpha Polaris (Adventure, Horror) Recommended
Hearts of Iron 3 (Strategy, turn-based)
Company of Heroes (Strategy, real-time)
Penumbra (adventure, horror, first-person) Recommended
Chance of the Dead (AGS, Adventure, Undead, Fun) Recommended
Kirjastotäti (AGS, funny, Finnish)
Half Life Source (First-person, shooter, Sci-fi)
The Unicated (AGS, Adventure, Freaky)
Unfinished games:Homeworld 2 (Strategy, real-time, ongoing as of 10.10.2011)
Ultima IX (unfinished due to corrupted saves)
The Lost Crown (unfinished due to being awful)
Left4Dead 2(Occasional gameplay sessions only, no full let's play)
Upcoming / planned games (in no specific order):
Still Life
Gemini Rue
Concurrence
Half Life 2 + episodes
STALKER - Shadow of Chernobyl
SWAT 3 - Close Quarters Combat
Aliens versus Predator 2
F.E.A.R

Gotcha. Well, I'm at work right now, but I have a whole boat load of LP's that I would love to share with all of you.
Oh i love these:
Darkseed by slowbeef (http://lparchive.org/Darkseed/)
Darkseed 2 by slowbeef (http://lparchive.org/Darkseed-2/)
Nancy Drew and the White Wolf of Icicle Creek by Microwave (http://lparchive.org/Nancy-Drew-and-the-White-Wolf-of-Icicle-Creek/)
Domithan and I did one last week or so, you can find it if you look. But my favorite LP of all time is the Persona 3 Let's Play, My Life is a Goddamn Mess (http://lparchive.org/Persona-3/)
There is a Let's Play of the Chzo games by Yathzee with creators commentary here: http://lparchive.org/The-Chzo-Mythos/
As for non-adventure games Let's Plays, I can recommend anything from The Dark Id: http://lparchive.org/author/The%20Dark%20Id#results , especially Clock Tower 3 and FF7: Dirge of Cerberus. Also Limbo of the Lost.
E: Also regarding the Darkseed LPs by slowbeef, he is currently riffing with Diabetus on Darkseed 1+2 Longplays here: http://www.youtube.com/user/retsupurae
I was happy to hear earlier this year that a LP has been made for A Tale of Two Kingdoms. It's on Youtube, but I made an embedded link.

I'm the kind of guy who watches LP's for a good laugh most of the time. So here are some rather choice playlists that make me either lose it or I just enjoy quite a bit.
Tatsudoshi - Goof Troop
http://www.youtube.com/user/Tatsudoshi#grid/user/DE48899CDE2474E5
Tatsudoshi - Battle Circuit
http://www.youtube.com/user/Tatsudoshi#grid/user/DFC243112D2D313A
Proton Jon - Don't Eat the Mushroom Parts 1 & 2
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lxakIzVG2Lc&feature=fvst
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iGvZa3tiYwY&feature=relmfu
Deceased Crab - Panic Restaurant
http://www.youtube.com/user/DeceasedCrab#grid/user/2B43A0BC17CEE185
I think that'll do for this list.
I really like pawdugan's stuff, somebody on here linked to it some time ago and I watched the KQ5 one in its entirety. Especially funny if you hate Sierra games with a passion, like I do :=
King's Quest V
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ydC_YXcWoBw
I have some I guess.
My Channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/R4LRetro?feature=mhsn)
I Wanna Be The Guy. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0hpmlktLS0) Lots of profanity. Be warned.
Gradius III SNES. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KXCJoaih52c) 1 life run.
Super Mario 64. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMAMZyzG1hg) This one is incomplete. 120 star run.
Frets on Fire. (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLCDC770C3D2F9DD7E&feature=viewall) (Guitar Hero but open source)
Ultimate Doom (played with Skulltag, so not vanilla doom):
Episode 1 (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLA86D6E8F93853FC3&feature=viewall)
Episode 2 (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLA86D6E8F93853FC3&feature=viewall)
Episode 3 (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL092A94E251CEB6EE&feature=viewall)
Doom 64EX. (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLED3B50534A6A6664&feature=viewall) (PC rebuild of the N64 game): Incomplete
I just get bored and play games. I'm uploading a 100% LP of Super Metroid and Metroid Zero Mission sometime.
I humbly submit my own in-progress Daggerfall playthrough (http://www.youtube.com/user/DragonArmyGaming#grid/user/B8FD60FF5DD1B4CA)
First time I've done anything like this, it's proving to be a lot of fun.
There's a Let's Play of Ultima 5-7 which is hilarious,
Also, the end of the most famous KQV let's play with the life Cedric act...
I would warmly recommend anything by DeceasedCrab and SpoonyOne's LP's.
DC's channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/DeceasedCrab?blend=1&ob=4
Spoony's LP of Phantasmagoria 2: http://spoonyexperiment.com/category/ripper/
Spoony's LP of SWAT 4: http://spoonyexperiment.com/category/lets-play/swat-4/
I also follow ProtonjonSA, Chuggaaconroy and NCS, and they definately deserve a look.
I didn't post this earlier because my mind just went weirdly blank on the URL but this lady's (http://www.twitch.tv/sweetielise)playthroughs of the Kings Quest remakes are really funny and charming and some of mine and Hannah's favourite things to watch.
For adventure games I've enjoyed Lets Plays by hercrabbiness (http://www.youtube.com/user/hercrabbiness) (who was mentioned by someone on these forums in a different thread). I recommend Laura Bow (http://youtu.be/s-k6Ck-lFyE) and Laura Bow 2 (http://youtu.be/uu2klFX3Rfg) though the LB2 commentary is acted out by a couple of people, one of whom has very bad lag which leads to some annoying delays. She's also covered a lot of the Ben Jordan games.
For non-adventure games I've been watching TheAuZZieGamer (http://www.youtube.com/user/TheAuZZieGamer), specifically his playthroughs of Hitman Blood Money (http://youtu.be/7wBL0UTegHU). They're very quick (he speeds up a lot of the gameplay) and pretty funny, but he also covers lots of different ways of doing the missions, as well as fun stuff you can do. There's a lot of swearing though.

Spoony's LP of SWAT 4: http://spoonyexperiment.com/category/lets-play/swat-4/
+1 love for Spoony LP, he's even done some FF and Ultima games review/edited palythrough.
This is another let's play I've enjoyed. It's by some fellow by the name of 'chuggaaconroy' on that youtube. it's got about 600000 views so I bet it will be familiar to some here. Its pretty interesting though. It's not just some reactionary piece of shit LP, he really tired to highlight the game in its entirety. Like all the little things you could have missed while playing it for the first time.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Szoz6h8pUTE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Szoz6h8pUTE)
Let's Plays I have/are enjoyed/enjoying:
* Quake II by Proteus and Suspicious, funny as all hell! (http://lparchive.org/Quake-2/)
* Painkiller by Null Set, Psychedelic Eyeball and baldurk, twice as hilarious, and even a bit informative! (http://lparchive.org/Painkiller-and-Battle-out-of-Hell/)
* Blood by Vexation, funny and gory, the perfect match! (http://lparchive.org/Blood/)
* RollerCoaster Tycoon by Control Volume (on-going) (http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3430034)
* X's Adventures in MineCraft, one of the dudes that got me started on the craze - informative and entertaining, not to mention his video on design when building is brilliant! (http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=E005D335B57338D1)
* Like watching all the Ster Trek series in a row, DeceasedCrab's Let's Play of La Mulana goes through so many stages of human expression and is so long that you'll feel like you've actually completed the game along with him. His knowledge of the game is extensive, he is entertaining, and I found the game to be very interesting as well! Maybe not so much about the end point as it is about the journey. (http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=25D2DC18FBD81577)
* Northernlion's play of The Binding of Isaac, again, funny and entertaining, if only a bit repetitive. I especially enjoy the fact that we, as viewers (and some of us even players) of the game are discovering the game along with the dude. Also, if you're not playing The Binding of Isaac, you're probably doing something wrong. (on-going) (http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=0A25EAE6C2CA3C36)
Didn't want to bump the 2 year dormant thread from slumber, so I'll post this in this thread instead:

I made a Let's play / developer's commentary of my first ever game: Infection - Episode 1 - The Ship. Take a look and feel free to let me know what you think either through commenting the video or sending me a message or something. :)

I'm in the process of watching this now. I have it on in the background on another screen while pixeling some stuff. There's something very interesting to me about people lets-playing their own games, I'm enjoying this one a lot.
Jumping on the bandwagon...
I give Shifter (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/Games.aspx/Detail/1575/Shifter), a new AGS game a quick spin!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ4dGxOmZto
Get's a bit laggy though, I'm just testing this out!
I made a Let's Play this one time!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cITeIrcGVXw
Make sure you turn the volume back down after watching m0ds'...!
I'm going to tend to my bleeding ears now :P
I'm a big fan of this one: http://lparchive.org/Ultima-4-5-and-6/ (and he continues to LP Martian Dreams and Ultima 7)

LOL was mine overtly quiet or vwg's loud?
I guess a bit of both, but yours is indeed pretty quiet.
Edit: Btw, since the game was mentioned here: The Binding of Isaac got DLC, "The Wrath of the Lamb"! Now this great game is even better, go play it today!
I wish you'd have played more than five minutes, m0ds, as I'm stuck in the game and could use a little nudge.
Started a new Let's Play of STALKER - Shadow of Chernobyl a short while ago.
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAAA46AC096E1E4F8&feature=view_all
Am also planning some adventure games later on, but currently am keeping a bit busy.
Jefmajor (http://www.youtube.com/user/jefmajor?feature=watch) is my most favourite letsplayer ever. He's got the voice, humor AND skill.
Just see: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5qDNcvqFSU&feature=relmfu
Hey, if we're allowed to share our own, here's a few from my website!
