Near as I can tell, none of them.
No, they tell you the number of hits, and the number of Visits, which both tell you nothing about the unique visitors.
If I were you I'd use Google Analytics.

The only way a computer would know the number of unique visiters is if it one] loaded a cookie on to each computer or b] read their ip and hoped they were using broadband. There may be other ways but...
