Anyone please help me find my true free webhost with an upload meter when u upload it..please , i have one in freewebs, but when i click on the file links, the file not found.... anyone can help ???

Also, check the sticky threads at the tops of the different boards.
I would strongly suggest finding a hosting company that is not free. You can find stuff for as cheap as $5 (USD) a month which will be ad / popup free hosting with FTP access.
In my opinion this is a much better way to go.
I don't think there really is any "real free webhosts." All of them have some sort of debilitation.
http://www.sitesled.com is the best, hands down.
Another good one is freewebs.com, but you can have only 7 pages or else you have to become a premium member...which, ironically, costs money.
But...luckily, you can just start a new account, and link it to the old one, that way you'll be using more pages, and it's totally free.
Show me a place with better support and features than sitesled that HAS mySQL and PHP.
I've only ever seen one free host with MySQL and PHP. You had to apply for it and they only took the best applicants. Other than that I doubt there are any others. It might be a good idea to get some of your friends together and buy a webhost between yourselfs, if you get only for $10/mo it normally allows you 5 or so sub domains (if you also purchase a domain), so you could each have your own address.

Personally I steal my webhosting off of various people ::)
The best way of geting free webhost is to make some commercial pages. That way you earn some money and get real free webhost. The only problem is that customers often "forget" to pay you.
