I am somewhat sorry dbuske. From what I gather all your documentaries and ventures are in good faith. Yet just remember (hackneyed phrase alert) this is the internet, and I don't care how much somebody rips on me on the internet, because I know at the end of the day, it's the internet. My e-self is a different entity, a parallel life. Unless somebody knows me in person I won't get offended by anything on the internet, ever, because I know it's not the real me being offended. I just wish more people had the same attitude, including you - if you laughed it off there would be half the problem.

1) Don't take it personal
2) Follow the rules

Without rules the forums would collapse and there wouldn't be a forum to post in. How can I make it any simpler than that?

The thing is, in the middle of the Grumblebum and Dildoman thread (in which certain complaints have yet to be addressed), he went ahead and started yet another project thread; again in the wrong forum, and again ignoring the posting rules.

On any other site this would result in a ban. Being hippies, though, we don't believe in banning around here. But we do believe in pointing out the obvious, and calling people out when they behave like gobshites.

I've voiced this before and I shall voice this again: I think we could do with a little banning sometimes. The threat of being exiled from the community COULD act as an effective way to enforce behavioral rules and social norms on the forums.

But then again, these threads are sorf of fun, so I don't really mind so much.

Look will you stop comparing me to him. I can admit that I am confident in myself so much that I can fool my mind into thinking I can make any game. Well at times I know but at least I try and I do have something to show for it and I do know where to post it as well.

So now with that being said I will take my anger out on you dbuske. Start posting in the right thread. If you have a game idea post it in the GIP section and make sure to have at least 2 screenshot. I don't care if you have 1 just post it cause it shows that you at least heard that much. And instead of telling everyone that you have this new game idea just write it down on paper or something until you have something to show with like i don't know maybe those screenshot's.

I don't really care if you heed my words or not. However i don't like being compared to the likes of you!

Says the guy who opened a thread in GiP with only one screenshot not two months ago.
Also, an idea isn't quite enough; all those locked threads announcing games that were never completed were probably opened in that "stage" of development.

Also consider that one of the things dbuske got scolded for was bashing other people for their mistakes before having "earned the right" to do so, if you will. You're doing the same right now.

@Khris: I am not trying to act like anyone else here cause I do get enough of it however I don't like being compared to others. Also if you were referring to me about locked threads, every thread that I opened may not have had a screenshot before however the game was in works. I have tons of uncompleted games on my HDD.

However if you were referring to him then I really have nothing to say. Also I never knew he bashed others. He probably did it to try to fit in with the everyone who does it to him. He thought the way to stop the problem was to join the problem(his problem)

I was never thinking that way I just don't want to be compared to him, is that so much to ask for?
