Why...doesn't...someone...just...IP ban this person? It's all coming from the same IP address, isn't it? Or a range of IP addresses? I haven't even been an active member of these forums, and I'm getting these things! What the crap?!

It's a dynamic IP. We can't just up and ban everyone in Hawaii (or everybody there using this particular ISP).

Well, this is the 2nd time this has happened in a short amount of time.

Just an idea, can this forum utilize those strange pictures of messed up letters and numbers in order to PM? This might prevent this in the future.
