"... amatorial midis like monkey island", that is I' m searching some amatorial midis like the famous midis in monkey island, or day of the tentacle, or simon the sorcerer... I' m searching the same style, type of music.

I' ve said I want to find this type of music.... Not that monkey island midis are amatorial!!!  ;D

Moreover, I' ve already looked for these midis on google, but I' ve found ONLY midis of famous songs or movies....!!!! I don' t want midis ripped from Anastacia or Shaggy' s songs or Star Trek' s movies! :P

Bye  :=

I believe what Fernekk is looking for is a handful of midis that aren't from existing games, but have a 'game-like' feel to them. There are plenty on the net to find. Don't worry about people misreading your message about Amateur music, everyone makes the odd post where things can be easily mistaken to mean something else. Upon a quick google search for 'original midi', I came up with This site (http://www.angelfire.com/mo/muchalls/music.html), which has some nice music and a note saying that with permission, they can be used for non-profit works. As long as you don't intend to go commercial with your game, it may be a good place to start. This site (http://www.partnersinrhyme.com/midi/index.html) could also be a good place to look. The keywords you'll want to keep in mind are 'stock' and 'royalty free' music.

Good luck finding what you're looking for.

Thing is, right, I'm too nice.

Stranger on a Hill was used in SOL by Helm, though (it also has a permanent place on my HDD).
