This is for any members on this beloved forum who have an interest in the upcoming game. Who do you think will win, why and what will you be doing during game time? Will the Oilers keep up the 2 game winning streak? or will the Hurricanes rip through the opposition?  Only time will tell. For those who don't watch hockey, ( such as practically everyone watching the World Cup,) I am sorry if this takes any attention from football, just thought that if we can talk about soccer, we can talk about ice hockey.

Go Oilers!! I hope they take game 7 over the Hurricanes. I have had a severe dislike of the Hurricanes ever since they beat my beloved Buffalo Sabres in game 7 of the eastern conference finals. It is nice to see the Oilers come back from a 3-1 defecit to tie the series.

I don't really care for the Oilers either, but i want Carolina taken out.  :)

Well, as we all know now, the Oilers lost 3-1 we who supported the oilers, can take off our party hats, but if you like the 'canes, congratulations.

Being a die-hard Red Wings fan I didn't really care either way.  I don't like or dislike either team any better/worse than the other.

I thought it was nice to see Brind'amor win a cup after 17 years of trying.  Heddican too for that matter (14 years).

All in all I thought it was a great series to watch.  I'm glad it's over though ... between the NHL and the NBA finals I haven't slept much lately and my eyes have been saggin' at work the next day!

Lucky you!
In the most primitive country in the world (Bosnia) we can't watch any hockey (except for the Olympic games). And this year no one even broadcasted the NBA finals  >:( AAAARGH!!!
And Miami won :-( I don't have anything against them, but it's sad that Nowitzki failed again. He's a fantastic player and a great person, yet he constantly fails to win trophies. terrible. I'm angry.
Oooops, sorry, this is a NHL topic after all :-)
None shall pass!
