And of course it isn't free, but for 294 euro a month, it's not expensive either.

Holy crap! I'm living in a quite large 3-room flat (+ kitchen, big hallway, separate bathroom and separate WC) and even that comes cheaper than 294 euros. Well, it's not the city Center, but 10 minutes drive from it.

What can I say? The Netherlands is a more expensive place to live
