Title: Need a logo, too.
Post by: Erica McLane on Sat 10/05/2003 14:16:55
Allright, I need a new, simple logo for Slaveino Studios. It should contain:
1. One letter S, that size:
========= From here.

========= To here.

2. And it should look: (size of S above)

      S
--------------
   -------
      ---

Got the idea? The three lines should be symmetrical (each one smaller) and in colour bright green, HTML #02D310, RGB 2, 211, 16.
The 'S' should use an outline font and should be in the same green. The background should be white or transparent.

Thanks in advance.

Edit: Oh outline font eh? I can fix it if you like it...

Nice. It needs the outline font and the three symmetrical lines. Can you do this?
Edit: Can you make it a vector image?

Do'nt know if you want something like this, or more like what evil did, but here's what I came up with:

Also, I'm not sure what you meant by "symmetrical."  Do you mean parallel?

EDIT: I just realized you could being saying symmetrical because you want the slope of the "line" created by the left sides of the lines as they contract in length to be oppositely equal to the lone created by the right sides.  Wow, that was a crazy sentence.

another EDIT: and here's one in which the lines seem closer to the proportions you specified in your ASCII example:

last EDIT, I promise: the fill color on the S is a lighter version of the green you specified.  If you want me to try changing or removing it, just say so.

/me damns his lack of knowing how to work vectors and his lazyness to find out how to

remixor - the last one seems good. Can you show me some more variants of the S? (Like evil`s, and some more strange fonts that you have (2-3)).
EDIT: Can you also doble the space between the three lines?
Thanks.

Yeah, but the lines should be bigger in this case.

Then maybe this will do:

Good. The only thing I need is to make the lines symmetrical. The middle is a bit in left, try to make them symmetrical.

The middle line is not centered, in other words.

Everything is OK, exept the light yellow lines in the middle of the green lines. If you remeve them I`m going to use this logo.

Yellow lines? Is your monitor OK?

Yes, there are yellowish lines... I see them too. Zoom in and see for yourself...
