I just can't remember this...

Can anyone please help me identify a game.

When I was a kid (stop laughing and making jokes) I played a game on my old HC... You were a mechanic and had to go from level to level by fixing cars. You had to evade monsters to get to a certain part that required attaching to the car. I found it quite entertaining.

Now, can anyone identify this game for me, or possibly tell me if there was a port to the pc or a sequel for the pc, or nes, or other console, and possibly, where I can get it? Please?

Buckethead

darn! I'm almost sure I played this game but can't remember the name  ??? sure brings back good ol' memories

Dr. Scary

Sounds like you've mixed together Street Rod and Ghostbusters. Street Rod had the "tuning up the old car" thing and Ghostbusters had you sucking up ghosts with a vacuum cleaner attatched to your car.

I have played both games and I assure you that is not the case.

Although the mechanic looked kinda like mario...

But I swear I remeber playing it vividly...

My horror game, Self

Gord, good to see you, but no.

I played your Lost in the Nightmare, good stuff. Scared me a bit, especially at the beginning. Keep it up!

You sure you don't mean Night Shift, by LucasFilm? You were a mechanic on a large machine, you evaded monsters, and so on... but no cars...
Reach for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.

Kneel. Now.

Never throw chicken at a Leprechaun.

While we're on the topic of games we can't remember the names of... There was a game I played before on the PC that involved a man in some space-age type fortress, and you would go level to level on an elevator type thing. It was kinda like prince of persia.
You. Me. Denny's.

Dan, the game you descirbed sounds just like Hunted Hunter.  It's a Sierra game, so I figure there's a much larger chance that it may be the one.  You basically jumped around shooting aliens and getting parts for your car, or something.

I bought it in a pack for $5 when I was seven, I just wanted the pinball game.

Dan_N

I highly doubt it.

The monsters ran in a pattern. And you had to evade them. Not beat the crap out of them.
