From the faq, from the AGS help file, "There is one requirement - if you want to SELL a game you make, for profit, then you must contact me beforehand as there are some licensing issues which you may need to be aware of." I've looked all through the AGS site, and the game documentation, and I can't seem to find how exactly to contact Chris Jones. I see that others have posted commercial games here; though, so it must be possible.
