There was an OpenQuest project for download, but links on AGS games database are broken, so I uploaded one which I stored on my HD:

It is for AGS 2.72, but you can upgrade project to 3.+ by opening ac2game.dta file in AGS editor.

By the way, since a new AGS website is being prepared, maybe designers should consider adding "open source" category for games?

One game not mentioned on all the sites is Odot Tamat On (http://odottamaton.raah.fi/?n=download), including source and thesis.
