There isn't a template, but there IS a tutorial in an edition of Vel's Ezine about making a similar combat system. The spirte might be available somewhere, that I don't know about. Oh, and please respect the sig limit size - 600x50.

I am interested in this thread as well.

Mainly, the close combat system (I prefer the close combat style of QG3, where it looks like the monster is emerging from a weird void).

Granted, it will be a long time till I need it, but when I DO need it, I'll know where to find it.

I might need this non-existent template sometime around 2021 so I thought I'd dig up a six-year-old thread by people who aren't active anymore which contains only one - dead - link. Oh wait, somebody had the same idea before me!
