Colin McRae is dead...

Well... Not much to say, but he was a great rallydriver and he had an excellent carreer.
He died in a helicopter crash with his five year old son. The copter were totalled before the remains caught on fire..

Hmm.. I didn't know too much about him, except there was that Xbox360 game or something with his name as part of the title.. RIP

I didn't know the name at all I'm afraid to say, but to those that knew/admired him I feel for your loss.  May he rest in peace and his son as well.  Very saddening.

Far too many famous people die in air accidents to make it statistically believable.

Seriously though.

I used to watch a lot of the old WRC and always cheered McRae on... admittedly that was only because I knew him from the PlayStation.  I was genuinely shocked at this news and had nothing to do with it whatsoever, I swear...

It saddens me to know Colin died, and it saddens me even more to know his 5 year old son died, and a six year old. So young...
