rar files

how do i extract these babies?  I looked around for a rar extractor but winrar, winace, and winzip have to be purchased, and I dont wanna pay for extracting a couple of files, so what do i do to extract these?

I'd use winrar.
You don't HAVE to pay, you'll just get a little nag screen when launching.
I've been using the trial version for a couple of years now

I use winace, and I've never paid a cent.  I don't even think I've signed up.  It just has a little window pop up saying how many days you've had it,, but no "continue free trial" buttons or anything.  I often forget its not liscensed.  IMHO you should definatley go Winace.
