Well, here's a quick list of the games of 2006 that have stood out so far, and could be contenders for the next AGS Awards. Apologies if I missed yours out: it's probably more likely down to forgetting than anything else...

Automation (yes, I know its old, but it counts for the 2006 awards)

The Family Treasure
The Heist
The Oracle

and a special mention for 2010: World of Chaos... so bad it's good!

What about non-adventures and tools and such?

Well, maybe Cuppit as best NPC ;)

I didn't want to include tools, since obviosuly my walkcycle generator is the best ;)

I don't see why you'd consider a demo for the awards, really.  Even with a short game like Automation it was a complete product that could be judged based on a full experience, but something like Al Emmo isn't complete, and the finished product may vary.

Haha, I deleted that from the database. So, it can't win any awards.Ã,  Funny, my first game could win the P315 award, and my second game could win something better.. Weird.

Nice list! Sure its early but two games I've contributed too are in it which hasn't been the case for the last couple of years so I'm happy! ;)
