all this stuff makes me wanna be gay
Really darling? Come then closer and I'll give you the luv you eager sooo...

If you don't show up you'll be a slut! Just so you know ;)

LoL , I don't do internet dating though , too risky  :P *wonders if he's a slut now*

m0ds

Yeah, I'm so surprised everyone took "slut" so offensively - it just seemed like a word of annoyance after all he had said. I'd say bitch is a better word ;) And not for the boyfriend part - for making Thomas go to two places for no reason.

Tuomas

Na indeed, M0ds couldn't have said it better.

Though seriously, I learned to know a lot of people in real life, then when I was not able to meet them afterwards, I gave them my msn, and most of them are *really* annoying. So people in internet and irl... well, I don't think they're keeping up an act, just the inner defences etc are different. Like we have mental borders that prevent us from doing stuff, and some of these are gone when we're in internet and/or when we're out there in the streets.

Besides, we have this sms chat on tv everynight where people send one-liners and pay too much. Then it's surprising how many times you see a message saying something like "are you stupid to send a message here and pay so much for it" or "only losers send here", while that's what they're doing. The same thing when you're looking for internet dating things, or similar, or just have such occasions, it does not mean that you are THE ONLY SENSIBLE person there doing the same thing. "Ok, I can look for company on internet, but I will be the only normal person here." and I thing a lot of them think like that.

I actually know 2 people who now are married for 3 or so years and happy, after having met in internet dating service. Not that I would use one anyway :)

But I did once call a girl and her boyfriend answered... The bitch!

Thomas, I feel for you. that's frustrating... did you have a chance of asking her what's this all about, her not showing and saying she's single?

Paper Carnival

I call a couple of my real-life female friends as "bitch" and they actually seem to like it, but that's another story.

I have a few online friends that I really trust and wouldn't feel much skeptical about meeting them at all. I know that they will be different than the image I created in my head about them, but if I don't meet them I'll never know.

Oh, and one time someone called a girl and I answered. Only he was the pranker who insisted I was someone with the name Eleonora.
