Title: Smart Quotes plugin for Mozilla Mail?
Post by: Elliott Hird on Tue 17/01/2006 17:19:28

" is more awesome in my opinion, since they're standard ASCII characters that everyone can see, for the opening and closing quote characters bear in mind they might not be readible for some of the people unless they had chosen the correct encoding.
