they code them... it's quite likely that they do them in asm and compile it with some special snes kit... dunno.... but I'm quite sure there's no such thing as AGS for SNES, if you were looking for that ;)

Moox

Your right, its assembly and you need both a blank cartridge and the sdk

assembly is a language. Its what runs everything pretty much

Legge

Do they code them on computer? :) is there a compiler? :)

you can write asm on comp but for snes you need a diff compiler

for further questions on this topic I recommend you a board like http://www.totalkaos.de (but don't ask to n00bish questions there!)

hope this helps!

Try this one:

Oh duh. Snes. Right. This link is for GBA.

Why don't you try the GBA? It's similar to the SNES, and a lot more popular these days.. Also, it will be a lot easier to find info on the hardware and stuff.

Legge

yes but its c++ language...

Er well ... if you DO decide to go with GBA ... there is a special Basic version for the GBA. Find it here:

Well, C++ is a lot easier than Assembly. And Basic is, like, shitting whipped cream compared to Assembly.

Yes. Quite. Easy but messy.  ;D

And tasty.

Only after a deep colonic.

what the heck?

he was asking for a _SNES_ tool and nothing else! If someone asks you for the way to the airport, do you answer him "Well, I'd suggest you to go to McDonalds, coz describing that way is a lot easier for me"?

just my â,¬ 0.02...... ;)

Kinoko

Yeah :P The GBA versions of SNES games piss me off, so I'm all for going the extra mile to get it done the way the God of Nintendo intended.
