Not the new version but the SNES version.
It's a point and click action RPG. Great graphics and good story! It's combines the Trilby's Notes gameplay with real time third person shooters!
I highly suggest you download and play it!!
Ohh a very nice game indeed. I love that game. Too bad they never made a sequel though :D
Just finished it today!!
Awesome!! Had tremendous potential for a sequel though. Too bad.
That was an old favorite of mine back before my tween years. An older brother had rented it/borrowed it from a friend (can't remember which). A friend of mine today says that the Sega Genesis is the superior version though, because the gameplay is more true to the Shadowrun Tabletop RPG. However, it's been argued (by others, not just by me) that the Super Nintendo version does a much better job of conveying the tone and theme of Shadowrun with a much better soundtrack, and its more linear/fleshed out story.
I liked the soundtrack so much, I was curious of what other projects the composer Marshall Parker worked on. Sadly, it appears he hasn't worked on that many.

I did... 3 times. And amongs many projects I worked on a very similar game, thanks to the joystick plugin. But this time with a way more improved matrix/net running system.
I played this game three times but I finished it only once. I believe there is a walking dead if you kill the vampire without asking him everything there is to ask about the mermaids, ice and sunken ship.
The plot, atmosphere and soundtrack were awesome, the game's only flaw is the battle system, it's alright at the start of the game when you fight thugs, hitmen and zombies, but it breaks apart around the end of the game or during tough encounter, when abusing the pause menu to spam spells/grenades on the bosses is necessary to win. Man, how long it took us to figure out how to get rid of that cortex bomb, fun times.
