Ok im creating a game but i wanted to add some characters based on real persons, famous persons i mean, i can do it? or do i have to change his name or i cant simply do it because i need some kind of autorization?

Yeah, sure. Just add this to the credits: "All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental."

But seriously, no. You might get sued for using a real name. Though parody is okay, it's still hard to define where the limits are.

Humm ok ill explain what i wanted to do, its a game about a guy getting people to start a band, and i wanted to use Guitarrist Slash from GNRs and the final enemy would be Lady GAGA lol!!! but i would change names but dont know if i could  >:(

Probably depends on the country. I know that in Germany it is legal to include "public" people, parody or not (that is all information to the best of my knowledge, don't take it for granted). So you could absolutely use Lady Gaga and Slash, just not use any photos somebody else has taken of them but instead draw them yourself I guess. Even though, realistically I'd say just go ahead. Nobody will sue over you for including a star like that in an AGS game.
