I have an iP4s and I hate it... I tried my friend's galaxy s2 and fell in love with it. Should I get one now or wait a little for a newer version?

another question: do AGS games run on galaxy s2?  :=

I have a S2 and I think it's okay. This is my first smartphone so I don't know how well it is compared to other phones though.

Some AGS games already work on it by using JJS's Android port of the engine, but like most smartphones, it only has a touchscreen, so how playable a game is may depend on how the game is supposed to be controlled.

One problem is that the S2 has been out for a while and there are many other choices now. Even Samsung itself has newer models like Galaxy Note (if you like HUGE screens) and Google's flagship Galaxy Nexus (not to mention the various clone models of S2, such as the R, etc.). So, you may also check them out too.

One thing you should aware is that the screen of a S2 is WVGA (480 * 800) only, so AGS games (and other things) that are in higher res. may not look good. Most newer phones have a 720 * 1280 (or something) screen now, but it depends on one's opinion on whether this is a disadvantage of the S2, since the S2 does not use a pentile display the pixels are actually more refined than on pentile ones.
