I only have favourites on Football and Ice Hockey. For footie, I've been rooting for BVB09 (Borussia Dortmund) as long as I can remember, must have been since a kid in the 90s. I uaully listen to their games on the webradio, but as this year is going to be the 100 annyversary for them, I'm saving up money to go and watch one game at the stadium. This team has the biggest number of fans per game in Europe, the stadium is filled almost every time no matter what. Even as the team has been a bit down after their great success in the 90s as champions league winner and German champion. Last year they were just below the halfway of the standings table.

With ice hockey, it's always, since I was a small kid been the local team, Tampereen Ilves, who are the first professional team in Finalnd since the 60s and have won several championships, though now suffering from the same as BVB09. I go to see several games a year, though as they're a bit expensive, and I'm just a poor student, I can't get a seasonal ticket, which otherwise I probably would.

I'm not really into sports except during the winter olympics when I'm really behind Team Canada for hockey (men's and women's). Personally, I think Olympic hockey is much better to watch than NHL hockey. The olympics are coming to town in 2010, so I guess there's a vague, remote possibility that I might get to watch live.

I guess I root for the Vancouver Canucks otherwise, although I can't really get behind it because they're always losing the important games.

When I was young I was a Yankee fan, but then I knew about all the Babe Ruth stuff and moved to Boston RS... As for football I am a NE Patriots supporter.

As for soccer, FC Barcelona, of course.

And for cycling, I think that the best team I' ve ever seen was the Tour 2003 US Postal squad:

A short explanation for foreigns:

CoruÃ±a and Ferrol are two cities in the north-west of spain ( Nergal, vamonos al West a tomar unas copichuelas XD ).
CoruÃ±a is about 250000 citizens an ferrol about 80000. 
By motorway , the distance between the two cities is about 50 Km, but  following an straight line ( through the sea ) 
I think the distance is arround 10 Km!!!! 

I'm from coruÃ±a, but I strudy in Ferrol; since  that,  I've noticed the passion arround Racing de Ferrol is very diferent 
compared to the feeling in coruÃ±a about Deportivo ( I remember, the semifinal of champions league... :'( :'(  )
