Hey, I know this topic has no adveture-game-rellevance bbut still, I think it should be in the General Discussion fuorum. So are there any Tekken 5 virtual fighters in here? Post your tekken pics, links to movies, anything Tekken related.
Isn't there a tekken forum somewhere you could dicuss this in? I'm sure you won't get much response here.
yea i guess so, eh , can someone lock this topic(Next time I'd bettter THINK before posting) := := :=
Yes, because the Gen gen is only for Adventure stuff and LGM knows best. Next time maybe send him a PM asking his permission first?

I made someone happy. ^_^
In my mind, the "unofficial law", is to let a thread die if you don't like it. ^_^ If you post saying you don't like it, or it's wrong, you make it popular and you fail. :D
Yeah dam right Farlander, this topic doesn't interest me at all.
*snigger*

Yes you cartainly did ;D.
what's wrong with you people? tekken 5 is the most badass fighting game ever. my older brother and i like to play that game a lot. usually, he always beats me because he picks characters like asuka kazama.

No, Tekken is the bestest! Althou SFT isn't bad either, but you can't make such beautiful and loooong combos like in Tekken :P!
No, body blows is the bestestered!
Sod body blows (Which in all honesty thinking about it, I have fond memories of), how about Rise of the robots? Classic game! Amiga Action gave it 95% and the whole review talked about their holiday trip with the rise of the robots PR team! Ignore that 5% Amiga Power score!
Don't get all wound up over my lack of tekken playing these days. I've only played one game in the past two weeks! (That would be mordy 2)
I've always had a fond spot for One Must Fall...
Last Bronx was also fun. The extra missions gave it good replayability.
lol I wasn't shooting him down. I was just saying he'd probably get what he wanted more effectively from a Tekken forum.
I don't pretend to be a moderator, and I didn't mean it to come off like that. Sorry, dude. I'm sure someone else here plays it.
all this actually reminds me of something: whatever happened to Mortal RONbat?
Am i the only one that finds tekken slow, and... zZzZzZzZz... oh! yeah! Boring?

maybe the original, but definatly not tekken 5.
I saw Tekken 5. My fiance bought it because he's a Tekken fan. I thought, "This is an improvement on previous Tekkens. For sure. And yet"
It's -still- boring and crap!
Maybe you won't think so if you haven't played the Dead or Alive series, but it's impossible not to compare the two games and Dead or Alive just whips it all over the floor.
My fiance came to visit me over a month ago and he took an Xbox 360 + DoA4 back home with him. We couldn't play it here due to lack of the proper cable ;_; Anyway, everyone bak home has played it with him now, despire the 360 not being released in Aust. for ages! It's been released in Japan for awhile now and ironically, I have to wait another 6 months before I get back to Aust. to play it! (Well, I could try it in the stores but I'm not that much of a nerd and they never have DoA playing anyway).
DoA is beautiful, the girls are hot, the guys are awesome, and the fighting is fantastic. Plus, and here's the real kicker - Noone does crappy old capoera!
The game itself i dont REALLY like, nothing special but ive always loved the cutscenes and story line, and the TEKKEN ANIMATED MOVIE was kinda cool.
Yeah the cutscenes are very good considering PS2 graphic capability.
kill me know, I play Virtua Fighter! :=
But you can't do anything really awresome in tekken. Even if you practise for months and years, the coolest thing you can do is some lame-o-combo.
Now if you really want speed, and awesome fights that include blowing up planets and transforming and such, you should try: Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3 :=
Dude, Budokai 3 equals some ready-made combos, all on the graphic and DB fans, but no variety(yeah yeah exploring, capsules, a million characters bla bla bla). Now on the other hand, tekken equals variety(but I miss the old teken force mode). Okay, maybe teken doesn't have fans as 10 year-old little boys(no offence to all of the forum-users which are 10 or under) but It is an adult game. I mean look at Asuka Kazama, Nina Williams and Christie Montiero. If that's not an adult game(no porn and yeah, I've played Mortal Konbat, so don't bother posting), I don't know what is.
Oh and Soul Calibur is also one of my favorites! Especially no. 3!
I look foward to a next gen dynasty warriors! 2 was good, 3 was great, four was like 3, but alright, five was like 3 and 4, and now included new box art. Make DW6 on ps3 dammit! And for gods sake, include a new game engine!
Don;t get me started on all the spin offs and bonus editions...
