vic...it's just that I would think their music would be just as good without it. Like I said, I still enjoy their music, I just think that it's unnecessary for them to drop the f-bomb quite as many times. But...good music is good music. :)

"The f-bomb"? How old are you?

You do realise that 'Only gay eskimo' is not by Tenacious D?

Hmm? lol  :D I screwed up :P  I actually thought it was they who did that song! Haven't heard it for a couple of years though, and it is something they could sing. :P

Well there are several giveaways that told me the first time I heard it that it wasn't Tenacious D:

- Doesn't sound anything like Jack Black.
- Completely different style to any of their other songs.
- Not the type of thing they would sing about (they tend to stick to their 'characters' and rarely go out of 'character' like Weird Al)

It's actually a song by Corky and the Juice Pigs, it was mislabeled and uploaded to limewire or emule or something.

saw the D last night. They bust my gut. They melted my face. They rocked my socks off.The coolest thing I have ever seen. The drummer was incredible. Jack blacks voice was explosive. KG was totally rocking also, he doesn't get enough credit for what he does. They are the BEST ROCKERS IN THE HISTORY OF ROCK!!!!!imo.;)

Meowster

Yeah the drummer was amazing.

They did not mean to blow my mind. But that shit happened.

Sam.

I think the problem with the D is that people don't understand the humour, and just say it's crap or offensive. It takes a certain sense of humor to really understand the jokes and stuff, and to not take them, or yourself to seriously.

Tenacious D are coming to my university next year, so hopefuly I can get a ticket.
Bye bye thankyou I love you.

voh

I like the D.

Mostly because I'm amazingly awesome too.
