I see posts of animated sprites all the time on this forum. Which program do you use to make animated GIFS?

Many animation programs can work... I use animation shop, it comes along with Paint Shop Pro.

I use easy GIF animator.

Unfreez (http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/) is free.
Throw in the frames (in .gif format), choose the delay between the frames and save animated.
