Mediafire. I don't have to wait long for the link to load, it doesn't require me to register or download anything to download files (unlike esnips), it's fast, free, and looks stable. A free account allows you to upload a file up to 200mb. I recommend it.
Dropbox (http://www.dropbox.com/).
Actually, if anyone uses this (http://db.tt/toB4emX) link to register, we both get extra 250 MB. (but that's not the reason why I've posted this :P)
http://www.zshare.net/ lets you upload up to 500 mb without registering. One has to wait 45 seconds to download but otherwise it's quite alright. For images I currently use imageshack. It's quick and easy to use, but I guess everyone already knows it.
I currently use Mediafire, you have folders and everything is organized.
For imaged, upit.cc is really easy and has URL support which is pretty cool.
Megaupload & Shutupload.
Megaupload was good, until you find out that they've blocked a number of locations from accessing, which include here.

Try using a program called JDownloader with megaupload.
No. I opted not to use it, and I don't even know if it can have separate proxy settings for separate downloads and if not, it is even more useless.
