I downloaded hi "Ma in Cowsuit" cha but it has no walking animations. Are there any that i can downlaod with walking animations or am I stuck using ROGER for the rest of my AGS life?

Some of the characrers there DO have walkcycles. The zips only contain (AFAIK) what's been used in games so far - you where just unlucky to pick one that hasn't been shown walking around.
You could also try The Contribution Thread. Or just, you know, practice until you can produce something you're happy with.
