Well it's time to move forward creativity wise, and hopefully that means a brand new AGS show! You may remember the older MP3 shows where various hosts, guests and characters acted like complete maniacs and so forth.
I'm up for making a new one, because the last one I made featuring the Fat Computer was just too rude to air ;)
I'm looking for any suggestions for content for an AUDIO AGS show and I'm also looking for early ideas for a 3 minute VIDEO version. The problem with a VIDEO version is that I'd have to either a) Play many a character or b) Use the aids of other AGSers with camcorders and their firewire capabilities to create the show. Let yourself known if you have these capabilities! LGM for example, could create a 30 second link called "I Ate AGS" where he tests himself eating a 2 foot AGS shaped chocolate cake in under 5 seconds.
If not then I can just be completely random and whip up some crap! If anyone has suggestions for games, links, articles within the shows etc - list em :D They need to be AGS or adventure game related, though.
OR they need to be so abstract they could fit in an adventure game, or an adventure gamers head.
A few ideas for an MP3 audio show could include -
- The adventure forecast - a round up of just how many Yahtzee games will be released this year
- erm..
Ran out of ideas on that one already, LOL.

- The Chris Jones Factor, AGSrs taking on an obstacle course
- 30 pure, unpixelated seconds of Dart. Well we strive for ratings, right?
- The Critics Lounge - an inside look at what really goes on...
It might even be worth putting in things that aren't just purely stupid, but things like what people get up too day by day, how Layabout is surviving London or an interview with someone with some relevance to the gaming industry... Yep, more Yufster interviews than you can shake a stick at :D
A video project would preferably need your time and enthusiasm. I'm striving for memorable, interesting "products" so sitting at your PC recording yourself with your webcam is a no-no. Going out and doing stuff is a yes yes! You get total creative control!

I'm all for a video show. That would be kickin'.. But it's damn due time for a new generation of shows.

Hahaha :D But me eating a cake wouldn't quite have the same comedy effect, you have to admit :P
Well I'm glad you're interested LGM, I'll speak to you about it more soon, once someones got some ideas mainly :p

And c) make it with AGS, no real actors required. ;)
we've tried ags shows created in ags, but they havent been really finished.
I've got my own camera, firewire and one hell of a good looking dude. Myself. plus, I can act.
Send me a script, or an idea, I'll do it.
Am I still the host? If so, I've got a camcorder.
As a matter of fact, I'm working on a new AGS Opera song... I dare you guys and gals to make more AGS Operas aswell!

I'm actually in the process of making a special "Live From Mittens" edition of the AGS Show, hosted by none other than Christopher Walken. Of course at the rate I've been going I don't know if it will ever see the light of day...
However, I have a mic and a video camera, so anything I can help with, let me know.
Sounds cool to me, so long as LGM provides the equipment. :D
