OK, since my successors as FOREGO admins haven't got their act together, why not just lets do it in a thread. If someone really wants they can add up the noms. I'm not even going to bother looking up the categories: these things were memorable for me in 2004:

CJ's best deed: 2.7 beta and all its goodies
CJ's second best deed: The April Fool's thread
Best n00b: strazer... yes its hard to believed he only registered in 2004
Best avatar: My kicking baby one!
Best troll: poop666 or whatever number he is
Best mod: strazer for all the tracker stuff
Best Gen-Gen contributer: DG for all the BA pics
Most awaited release that failed to materialize: FoY demo, and I was working on it, too

Those are the official categories so far. If you can think of any to add to the list or if you think some of the categories are redudant or should be removed from the list, either reply in this thread or PM me.

Note: Nomination for the Forego Awards will begin when a website for the event is made, which could take a couple of days to a week or so.

Right, well sorry about the delay, but the 2005 Forego Awards WILL be underway! :D

If it weren't for the fact that I don't believe at all in self promotion, I might have suggested a "Most unexpected post" category, wherein I might have suggested a certain member coming out of the closet, only to find this certain member may have had aids. That would be a jolly great award.

But - luckily for you - I don't believe in self promotion and would never sink to such horrible depths just to get a certain member an award (which this member would undoubtedly deserve).

But if I DID......

Hah!  I told Dart I would make the Forego's website only if we added a category "Best AGSer who designed this year's FOREGOs website"   I'm hoping to win that category :)
