At least your school gets the grant money, our school superattendant hides it all somewhere.

Then do something about it.. People have kicked our superintendants out of office at board meetings at my old school. They had dumb reasons like, "A woman can't run a school," but if you have anything legitimate to base that on act on it.
Once I killed a man. His name was Mario, I think. His brother Luigi was upset at first, but adamant to continue on the adventure that they started together.

Theres no proof tho, and the outgoing board reinstated his contract for one more year. The new board will have him gone next year tho.

I think that schools should not punish kids for failing a subject, as long as they can do well in other subjects.  For instance, I pratically failed American history, yet in weather and other sciences, I do fine.   School should help kids find out where they're greatest interests and strengths lie, so they could further pursue them.

they should help them where their weaknesses lie aswell.

Education is in the hands of who chooses to want it, I guess.

If you want to learn, and to know, you will.

I'm sorry that i haven't read most of your posts and articles, but i wanted to write my thought while I still recognize it.

I think the educational system should be the thing that makes the uninteressed(sp) kids study at least enough.
The kids at that age (looking at me and everybody around me as an example) really
DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY WANT, and that is the real truth. With puberty comes LAZYNESS and that is the factor that corrupts some kids.

The lack of studying for kids at that age is DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE ENVIROMENT (sp).

So if a kid lives in a studyholic society it might have a different path in life than it would have if it was living in a society which had its primary goal fun.
But that is pure logic (just like the fact that the butter will be shaped differently if it was in an oven or on a ice brick).

Hmmm I wanted to say a lot more stuff but i really forgot.

I'm gonna read now what is written and will come back to finish.

That's the thing i was waitng for someone to say.

They should encourage the strenghts but as well keep alive the weaknesses and slowly strenghten that.

What I see is that there really is no escape from this but a major world covered change of human mentality which can only come with armageddon like catasrophes or world wars.

So, it looks like it's every kid for themeseleves, and that should be encouraged.

Throught it all you should find yourself and not fall under lazyness of your puberty and stuff.

I live in Finland, and I think these problems do not excist here, or I if they do, then in a very small percentage. I for one haven't noticed anything, but then again I've heard rumors that Finland has one of the best educational system in the world, and I tend to agree.
