Im looking for someone who can develop a game based on the paranormal for a non profit team GHOSTHUNTERS IOW and is willing to put time in.
Unfortunately someone will have to do it for free as the team is a non money making and offer their services totally free.

But they can offer advertising and marketing for the game in most local media so exposure would be great for the developer and the AGS community and lead onto other projects for other clients.
